conferencing software
the following will happen:
Note:
If you are using
Windows Vista™
Click here.
1st the program will ask you if you want to
run or save the file.

Second the program will warn you about
security.

You may also need to set your
Windows Firewall
“Exceptions
Tab”
found
in your
Control Panel.
Click
“Add
Port”
Name:
Conference Port 1
Port number:
32768
Then click
“Add
Port”
again.
Name:
Conference Port 2
Port number:
32769
NOTE:
If the conference room states it did not
install properly.
Simply read the Adobe file below.

Finally you will see the log-in screen:

As a moderator when
you enter
the room your name will appear in
blue.
Note:
Many more features of the room are now
visible.

Windows Vista™ Users
Use the following steps to install the
web conferencing software under Vista:
Download
“What-ever-it-is.exe”
(e.g.
“GlobalLiveTalk.exe”)
from your
download link.
Save it to your Desktop (or a folder you
will remember).
Right-click on the
“What-ever-it-is.exe”
file...
Select
“Run
as Administrator”
from the
options list.
A pop-up box should appear requesting you
click
“Continue”.
Click
“Continue”.
That's it. This is how you run the
web conferencing software as an administrator.
